Dr. Karoly Zoltan Vadasdi is graduated from Semmelweis University of Medical Sciences, Budapest, Hungary in 1994, and completed specialization in neurology in 2000, as well as in psychotherapy in 2005.
Until 2002, he worked at the Department of Neurology, Semmelweis University which included clinical, tutorial and research activities (on cognitive disorders and stroke).
Prior to joining CSH in 2013, he worked as a consultant in a government hospital (Dept. of Neurology and Stroke Center, Szent Janos Hospital) and as a part-time consultant in different private hospitals and clinics in Budapest, Hungary, and he was a faculty member of the Department of Psychology at Pazmany Peter University, Hungary.
He has gained experience in diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of neurological diseases, including headache (eg. migraine), low back pain, vertigo, stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, neuropathy / radiculopathy and cognitive (eg. memory) disorders, as well as psychosomatic disorders.
His work includes interpretation of neuroimaging (CT, MRI), EEG and NCS/EMG studies.
His special interest includes management of cognitive (eg. memory) disorders and chronic pain (incl. headache), as well as other common neurological disorders (stroke, epilepsy, MS, neuropathy).,
